3 月 4 日，据日本上市公司 Metaplanet 公告，通过第三方定向增发方式完成第 13、14 系列股票认购权的大规模行权，总计融资约 129.7 亿日元（约 8700 万美元）。
本次融资由 EVO FUND 支持，部分资金已用于提前赎回此前发行的第 7 期普通债券。Metaplanet 计划利用该资金继续增持比特币，以强化其数字资产投资战略。
