智通财经APP讯，上海电气(02727)公布，因工作需要，聘任朱兆开先生担任公司总裁，聘任胡旭鹏博士担任公司副总裁，任期自董事会审议通过之日起至本届高级管理人员履职届满之日止。因工作调动，同意童丽萍女士不再担任公司首席法务官职务。
此外，董事会选举朱兆开先生担任董事会战略委员会委员，任期自董事会审议通过之日起至第五届董事会履职届满之日止。同意朱兆开先生不再担任董事会提名委员会委员职务。
董事会决议委任朱兆开先生为公司授权代表，从2025年3月4日起生效。
