　　英皇钟表珠宝（00887）发布公告，于2025年2月28日，卖方（英皇物业投资）与买方（英皇钟表珠宝（港澳），由公司直接全资拥有）订立买卖协议，内容有关按代价约7980万港元（可予调整）买卖目标公司（帝豪投资有限公司）的全部股权以及目标公司欠付卖方的待售贷款。

　　目标公司的主要业务为投资控股。物业公司为于中国香港注册成立的有限公司，由目标公司直接全资拥有。物业公司从事物业投资业务及持有该物业。该物业包括位于香港九龙尖沙咀广东道4-8号2至4楼的空间及广告位。

　　该物业位于尖沙咀广东道（为中国香港及全球知名购物区之一）一幢五层高大厦的二至四楼。集团现时拥有同一大厦之地下及一楼的商铺。
