Odaily星球日报讯 法国加密交易公司 Flowdesk 成功融资 1.02 亿美元，其中约 90%为股权融资，约 10%为债务融资。新资金将用于扩展服务，包括设立加密信贷部门和在阿联酋开设办事处。 Flowdesk 专注于市场做市和流动性提供，已实现 2024 年收入增长八倍。此轮融资由欧洲投资者 HV Capital 主导，并获得法国私募股权公司 Eurazeo 等参与。债务融资则来自 BlackRock 管理的基金。 Flowdesk 计划利用这一资金扩展 OTC 衍生品业务，并提供竞争性的借贷和贷款解决方案。公司还将在接下来一年内增加员工人数，并开设更多办事处。此外，Flowdesk 也在积极准备符合欧盟 MiCA 法规的合规要求。
