Total net assets of the Fund on December 31, 2024 were $978,431,163 as compared with $989,257,215 on September 30, 2024 and $962,968,159 on December 31, 2023. On December 31, 2024, the net asset value per share was $11.35 based on 86,229,677 shares of common stock outstanding.
