克罗格公司（Kroger）周一表示，公司CEO麦克马伦（Rodney McMullen）已辞职，此前董事会调查发现他的个人行为与公司的“商业道德政策”不一致。

　　克罗格表示，麦克马伦的行为与公司的财务业绩、运营或报告无关，也不涉及公司的任何员工。

　　克罗格董事会已任命首席董事Ronald Sargent为临时首席执行官，立即生效。
