数据统计显示，中华交易服务内房股指数近一个月上涨13.15%，近三个月上涨5.69%，年至今上涨9.15%。
据了解，中华交易服务内房股指数(中华内房股)为证券价格指数，旨在追踪港股通范围内内地房地产开发、服务、管理、园区行业上市公司证券的整体表现。该指数以2012年03月30日为基日，以2000.0点为基点。
从指数持仓来看，中华交易服务内房股指数十大权重分别为：华润置地（10.79%）、中国海外发展（10.29%）、龙湖集团（9.3%）、华润万象生活（8.03%）、融创中国（5.88%）、万科企业（5.15%）、万物云（5.14%）、碧桂园服务（5.12%）、绿城中国（4.27%）、中国金茂（3.88%）。
