AEO是“经认证的经营者”的英文简称。通过AEO高级认证的企业可享受互认国家（地区）双方海关的通关便利。据邕州海关消息，2024年，南宁市“AEO高级认证企业”仅占全市进出口企业总数不到0.2%，却实现了全市21.5%的进出口值，对南宁市外向型经济发展起到带动作用。目前，南宁市有12家企业获AEO高级认证资质，企业数量排名广西第一。

“对于民营企业而言，AEO不仅是国内‘通关秘籍’，也是国际贸易的‘金字招牌’。如今市场环境复杂多变，获得认证后，我们公司竞争力和影响力得到了很大提升，为进一步拓宽国际市场打下坚实基础。”广西世纪创新显示电子有限公司相关负责人成润说。该公司是一家专业从事研发、生产及销售智能显示产品的高新技术民营企业，于2024年12月31日获AEO高级认证资质。

“下一步，我们将继续加大政策宣贯力度，优化AEO 培育梯队，让更多民营企业成为AEO企业，助力地方民营经济高质量发展。”邕州海关企业管理核查科科长刘翔说。
