京东金融财富管理相关负责人在“众创共赢-2025京东金融财富管理生态大会”上透露，京东金融将通过行业领先的大模型和京东金融行业级知识库，为客户提供个性化的智能投资服务。据悉，该智能服务平台即将在京东金融App上线。
该负责人表示，京东金融将以行业领先大模型为底座，结合京东金融行业级知识库，为用户打造专属大模型服务。同时，AI可以推动财富管理行业从“货架式”产品营销向“问诊式”顾问服务升级。
该负责人认为，随着技术的日新月异，基金公司和代销机构都可以利用AI工具，搭建金融产品的本地知识库，更高效地向客户介绍金融知识及产品和配置理念，并根据客户的风险偏好、投资目标和历史行为数据，提供个性化的投资建议和定制化的基金产品组合。同时，AI还会带来投研与投资决策的变革，尤其在市场不确定性较高时，AI通过模拟大量的场景，可以为投资决策提供更多维的视角。(ta/w)
