京东集团(09618.HK) 旗下京东产发公布，位于广东省深圳市宝安区松岗街道的京东宝安智能产业园主体结构于近日顺利封顶，提前130天实现封顶目标，项目建设取得阶段性重大进展，正式进入装修施工阶段。
该项目占地面积约近6.9万平方米，总建筑面积逾39万平方米，由两栋地上8层、地下1层高标库(双盘道)及1栋宿舍楼等组成，其中高标仓1至3层净高9米，4至8层净高6米，总体高度达77米高，相当于25层的楼房，是京东产发首个8层高标仓项目，也是其目前层数最高的物流高标仓库。
产业园预料将于2026年竣工验收，建成集贸易结算、物资集散、仓储加工、城市配送、信息处理、配套服务等功能于一体的现代化、系统化、生态化的产业园区，将包括电商营运结算中心、互联网+电商与新经济生态产业中心、智能订单生产中心等设施。(gc/u)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-03-03 16:25。)
