Pro Medicus (ASX:PME) said its wholly-owned US unit, Visage Imaging, signed a AU$40 million, 7-year contract with LucidHealth, which will see its cloud-based Visage 7 Enterprise Imaging Platform implemented throughout the client's platform, providing a unified diagnostic imaging platform, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
Planning for the rollout will begin immediately, and a phased go-live is expected to start in the late third quarter or the fourth quarter of the year.
Visage will replace the radiology service provider's legacy picture archiving and communications system, the filing said.
The firm's shares rose 2% in early trading on Monday.
