智通财经APP获悉，信义能源(03868)回落近10%，截至发稿，跌8.91%，报0.92港元，成交额8286.94万港元。
消息面上，信义能源公布年度业绩，2024年营业额24.4亿元人民币，同比增长7%；纯利7.91亿元，同比跌12%；每股基本盈利9.55分；拟派发末期股息每股2.7港仙，全年共派5港仙。交银国际指出，剔除3800万元人民币商誉减值后，公司去年核心财报优于该行预期约4%，主要是由于下半年弃光率下降等因素推动售电量超预期。
中金发布研报称，信义能源收购节奏受各地机制电价落地情况影响。由于公司向母公司收购价格挂钩P/B或EBITDA，机制电价新政的各地细则尚未出台，可能影响项目电价测算，公司暂未明确下一步收购方案。考虑到收购计划和光伏电价的不确定性，下调2025年营收20%至23.94亿元，由于高息贷款置换接近尾声，股息预缴税和财务成本有望压降，部分抵消营收下滑影响，下调2025年盈利预测4%至9.49亿元，引入2026年盈利预测10.16亿元。
