智通财经APP获悉，新世界发展(00017)绩后涨超10%，截至发稿，涨10.37%，报5.32港元，成交额1.13亿港元。
消息面上，2月28日，新世界发展(公布2024/2025中期业绩，实现收入167.89亿港元，毛利66.75亿港元，核心经营溢利为44.16亿港元。该集团继续严格控制资本支出和行政及其他营运费用，分别按年减少约35%及9%。于2024年12月31日，可动用资金合共约340亿港元，包括现金及银行结余约220亿港元及可动用的银行贷款约120亿港元。
香港物业市场在政策利好推动下转趋活跃。集团在港物业发展收入为17.34亿港元及分部业绩为7.05亿港元，应占合约销售约52.22亿港元。其中，启德跑道区项目“柏蔚森”成绩亮眼，预售阶段已推售约760个单位，累售514伙，合约销售近35亿港元，成为启德跑道区销量最高的全新盘。
内地物业市场在政策支持下逐步回暖，集团精准把握机遇。中国内地物业发展收入为66.44亿港元及分部业绩为26.99亿港元，整体合约销售额约人民币75亿元。大湾区市场表现突出，多个项目销售业绩领跑区域市场。
