Hindustan Power signed a memorandum of understanding with the Assam government to invest 6.2 billion Indian rupees in a 100 MW solar power plant and a 100 MW battery energy storage system, according to Monday release.
The agreement includes 5 billion rupees for solar power and 1.2 billion rupees for storage, the release said.
