智通财经APP讯，珠江船务(00560)发布公告，于2025年3月3日(交易时段后)，公司与合营伙伴宝武集团中南钢铁有限公司就成立合营公司订立合资协议。
根据合资协议的条款，合营公司的注册资本为人民币3.4亿元。公司将出资人民币1.67亿元，合营伙伴将出资剩余人民币1.73亿元，作为合营公司的注册资本。合营公司成立后，将由公司及合营伙伴分别持有合营公司49%及51%股权。
公告称，集团为加强北江流域布局，调研韶关港区，与合营伙伴磋商，计划利用北江水运优势，建设龙头寨码头，创新多式联运，通过设立合营公司，共同投资建设及运营龙头寨码头，快速进入韶关水运市场，与合营伙伴展开深度的项目合作，是集团所抓住的难得发展良机。
