Bossini International Holdings (HKG:0592) will be privatized by Dragon Leap Consumables through a scheme of arrangement under Section 99 of the Companies Act, sanctioned by the Bermuda court on March 3, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The scheme will become effective on March 13, upon fulfillment of the remaining conditions. Bossini's shares will be delisted from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on March 17.
Under the proposal, every five Bossini shares will be exchanged for one new share of Viva Goods (HKG:533) and are expected to be dispatched to shareholders by March 24, 2025.
