【中国财政：我国中央政府杠杆率较低（不足30%），未来几年中央级财政赤字在力度上仍有空间】金十数据3月3日讯，财政部主管的中央级财经媒体《中国财政》在题为《对我国当前财政赤字问题的基本认识》一文中表示，赤字空间取决于未来经济增长预期，也取决于当前所处经济周期和赤字的使用绩效。对于我国的财政赤字政策，应持有客观和科学的态度，遵循经济规律，合理规划赤字的规模与结构，着重提升资金的使用效率和效果，以实现财政的周期性平衡为目标，确保财政健康可持续发展，为2050年全面建成社会主义现代化强国提供坚实保障。从结构看，我国中央政府杠杆率较低（不足30%），未来几年中央级财政赤字在力度上仍有空间，然而，从长远角度来看，追求财政的周期性平衡仍然是我们的目标。否则，财政赤字的持续累积将带来一系列问题：一方面，债务利息支出的增加会加重财政负担，导致支出结构僵化，不利于财政的健康和可持续发展；另一方面，国债需求量的不断上升会持续推高利率，促使商业银行不断购买国债，进而导致中央银行货币供应量的增加，加剧通货膨胀的风险。
