智通财经APP讯，2025年3月3日，滨海投资(02886)宣布，公司全资附属公司滨海投资(天津)有限公司与天津华德智慧科技集团有限公司就合同能源管理、节能技术改造、能源管理系统平台搭建等能源管理服务领域订立战略合作协议。
根据合作协议，双方在全国范围内开展合同能源管理、节能技术改造、能源管理系统平台搭建等领域的战略合作，重点围绕学校、医院、政府行政大楼等公共机构在综合能源服务领域展开全面、深入的合作。
据了解，华德智慧是一家提供信息化系统集成和综合能源管理的国家高新技术企业，拥有能源、智慧、服务三大业务板块，其能源板块业务占天津市市场份额达到35%，服务的建筑面积超过5000万平米，总体规模及服务水平在国内遥遥领先。
滨海投资认为，此次合作是双方积极把握双碳目标下的战略机遇，本着“平等自愿、资源互补、共同发展、长期推进”的原则建立长期战略合作的重要举措。通过本次合作，集团将进一步深化在综合能源服务领域的布局，提升在节能技术和能源管理系统平台方面的竞争力，助力集团向综合能源供应商加速转型。
