嘉里物流(00636.HK) 公布，建议将公司英文名称由“Kerry Logistics Network Limited”更改为“KLN Logistics Group Limited”，且不再使用公司的中文名称“嘉里物流联网有限公司”。
待联交所确认后，公司就股份于联交所买卖证券的英文股份简称将由“KERRY LOG NET”更改为“KLN”，而公司的中文股份简称“嘉里物流”将予移除。其股份代号“636”将维持不变。
公告指，自2021年随着顺丰控股(06936.HK) 完成部分收购要约，嘉里物流不再于嘉里建设(00683.HK) 综合入账后，一直积极建立独特的品牌形象及文化，以过渡所有权的变更。近年来，公司已更广泛地采用“KLN”品牌，而非“嘉里”名称，尽量不再使用“嘉里”名称并与之区分。
公司认为，利用截至今年6月30日止的过渡期，透过品牌重塑工作逐步停止使用若干现有嘉里授权商标及以“嘉里”作为公司名称、商号、互联网域名及社交媒体名称的一部分，将不会对集团的业务、营运或财务状况造成任何重大不利影响。相反，此为加强公司企业形象及为股东带来更好利益的绝佳机会。(js/j)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-03-03 16:25。)
