Aluminum Corp. of China or Chalco (HKG:2600, SHA:601600) named director He Wenjian to act as the firm's chairman with immediate effect until a new chairman is appointed, a Feb. 28 filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.
The move came after former chairman Shi Zhirong stepped down on Feb. 24
