智通财经APP讯，齐合环保(00976)发布公告，由于自2024年9月1日起，集团员工被限制进入标集团公司的办公室和与标集团公司的员工接触，集团无法与标集团公司进行沟通，亦不能查阅标集团公司的帐簿和记录。尽管集团自2024年9月1日起不断着力与李先生及标集团公司的管理层进行磋商，希望达成友好的解决方案，惟有关努力并无结果。标集团公司的管理层不再向集团进行任何工作汇报，集团无法获得标集团公司的所有必要账簿及记录以确定标集团公司的营运状况及财务情况。
终止综合入账会终止将标集团公司的财务报表的资产、负债及若干储备综合入账，导致集团因终止综合入账取得一次性亏损。董事会预计终止综合入账将对集团截至2024年12月31日止年度的综合财务报表产生重大影响。
董事会特此宣布，于2025年2月25日，由独立非执行董事梁贝怡、李志国及司徒毓廷组成的公司审核委员会牵头的独立调查已展开，目的是识别违规事项的相关事宜及涉及的人员，以及违规事项对公司财务或其他方面(如有)的影响。并就应采取的行动向董事会提出建议。公司将在适当时作出进一步公告，以向股东及潜在投资者报告独立调查的最新进展。
