　　龙光集团（03380）盘中一度涨超7%，截至发稿，股价上涨4.81%，现报1.09港元，成交额985.90万港元。

　　消息面上，龙光集团发布公告，截至2025年2月27日下午五时正（香港时间），持有公司“境外债务”本金总额其中的62.07亿美元（包括现有票据、股本挂钩证券（ELS）、现有贷款以及结构性融资及担保债务），超过80.8%的同意债权人已加入整体CSA。由于进展顺利，一般CSA费用已于今日截止。
