【香港下年度将推8幅住宅用地 预计提供约4450个住宅单位】金十数据3月3日讯，香港发展局近期宣布，下年度将推出8幅住宅用地招标，预计提供约4450个住宅单位。加上铁路物业发展项目、市建局项目及私人重建发展项目，预计下年度潜在供应共提供约13700个住宅单位，较年度目标13200伙为高。中原测量师行张竞达认为，8幅住宅为地2025年度提供4450个单位，虽创政府主动卖地后的15年新低，但目前市场供应充足，政府配合市况减少卖地可算是审时度势的做法，亦可保护市民的财富和购买力。8幅住宅地地价估值合共162.9至167.3亿港元。
