智通财经APP获悉，物管股全线走高，截至发稿，碧桂园服务(06098)涨9.88%，报6.23港元；万物云(02602)涨7.33%，报24.15港元；雅生活服务(03319)涨5.9%，报3.05港元；永升服务(01995)涨5.77%，报2.2港元。
消息面上，近日，克而瑞发布2025年1月中国物业服务企业新增合约面积TOP50。1月，TOP50企业新增合约面积约7808万平方米，新增第三方拓展规模7146万平方米，头部企业规模持续扩张。此外，据每日经济新闻报道，近段时间，重庆、武汉、南昌、银川等多个城市均有项目实现了物业费下调，降幅在20%-35%。
光银国际近期发布研报称，预计物管企业未来在管理规模上的增长将不再是核心重点，而行业的竞争重心将逐步向服务品质和增值业务转移；随着行业增量空间减少，行业集中度的提升可能会加速淘汰经营不佳的企业；开拓增值服务业务成行业增长动力之一。美银证券此前指出，预计内地物业管理股受惠任何房市刺激政策，但短期或欠缺行业催化剂。
