消息面上，龙光集团发布公告，截至2025年2月27日下午五时正(香港时间)，持有公司“境外债务”本金总额其中的62.07亿美元(包括现有票据、股本挂钩证券(ELS)、现有贷款以及结构性融资及担保债务)，超过80.8%的同意债权人已加入整体CSA。由于进展顺利，一般CSA费用已于今日截止。
