3月3日金融一线消息，江苏省人民政府近日正式发布通知，决定组建江苏农村商业联合银行股份有限公司（以下简称江苏农商联合银行）。

　　据通知，江苏农商联合银行是具有独立企业法人资格、持有限牌照经营的地方性银行业金融机构，首期注册资本金77亿元。其中：省财政厅出资50亿元，占64.9%；省属企业出资27亿元，占35.1%。江苏农商联合银行为省属国有金融企业，由省委管理领导班子，由省财政厅履行国有金融资本出资人职责。

　　另外，省政府授权江苏农商联合银行履行全省农村商业银行行业治理和风险管理职责。江苏农商联合银行受托行使省内农村商业银行国有金融资本管理职责。
