中集安瑞科(03899.HK) 宣布，公司与华光海运签署战略合作协议，双方将在绿色甲醇可再生燃料、加注及相关物流服务领域展开全面战略合作。
根据协议，中集安瑞科和华光海运将共同推广可再生燃料的市场应用，并考虑潜在的共同投资机会。中集安瑞科将供应符合ISCC EU的认证要求的绿色甲醇。华光海运负责中集安瑞科部分绿色甲醇的市场推广服务。
中集安瑞科目前正在广东省湛江市建设一座可再生绿色甲醇工厂，第一期年产能50,000吨(二期20万吨)。预计将于今年下半年投产。该工厂产能可辐射国内大湾区和海外东南亚地区。
