　　据3月3日市场消息报道，普拉达正接近达成收购高端时尚集团Capri Holdings旗下的Versace，作价近15亿欧元。报道称，两间公司可能在3月确定今次交易，目前双方谈判进展顺利，初步尽职调查未显示任何风险。
