Star Entertainment Group (ASX:SGR) has been suspended from quotation on the ASX from the start of trading on Monday over its failure to file its half-year earnings report by the due date, according to a same-day filing with the Australian bourse.
If the report was submitted after trading hours on Feb. 28 and before the start of the suspension date, then Star Entertainment's securities will be reinstated on the next trading day after the suspension is imposed, per the filing.
The embattled casino operator is on the brink of going under voluntary administration on Wednesday amid a liquidity crunch, according to a Friday report from The Australian.
