* 中国房地产研究机构--中指研究院报告显示，2月百城二手住宅平均价格环比下跌0.42%，跌幅较上月收窄0.09个百分点，已连续七个月收窄，同比则跌7.26%；2月百城新建住宅均价环比结构性上涨0.11%，同比上涨2.73%，得益于部分优质改善项目入市。（完）
