消息面上，近日，金蝶国际宣布成立卡塔尔公司，进军中东市场。自2023年12月份卡塔尔投资局向金蝶投资约2亿美元后，金蝶与卡塔尔的合作不断深化。金蝶计划以卡塔尔为桥头堡，拓展在中东和北非市场的业务，助力当地企业数字化转型，实现“2030年卡塔尔国家愿景”。此外，3月1日，2025年金蝶集团全球生态合作伙伴大会在西安举行。本次大会，金蝶发布了2025国际化生态战略，包括构建有竞争力的国际化产品，协同ISV伙伴构建全球化行业与多个领域的产品解决方案。
野村近期研报指出，金蝶过去数年的SaaS转型已初见成效，为集团带来可持续的收入来源和现金流，由于其主要的投资周期已经过去，相信今年公司可能会扭亏为盈。从长远来看，DeepSeek或有助于加速公司的AI应用开发，为其带来更好的变现机会。该行给予金蝶国际“买入”评级，目标价由11港元调升至19港元。预期金蝶去年收入同比增长约12%，云业务收入同比增18%，金蝶云订阅服务年经常性收入(ARR)同比增约24%，上调明年收入预测0.7%、明年盈测7%。
