金吾财讯 | 中兴通讯(00763)盘初一度跌超9%，截至发稿，跌5.97%，报27.55港元，成交额6.94亿港元。消息面上，中兴通讯公布，2024年度业绩。期内，归属于上市公司普通股股东的净利润84.25亿元(人民币，下同)，同比减少9.66%；基本每股收益1.76元，同比减少10.2%。拟向全体股东每10股派发6.17元现金(含税)。期内，集团营业收入1212.99亿元，同比减少2.38%。期内，毛利率为37.91%，去年同期为41.49%，同比下降3.58个百分点。
国信证券指出，中兴通讯2024年综合毛利率为37.91%，同比下降3.57pct，主要是收入结构所有影响，随着毛利率相对较低的服务器产品收入占比提升，公司政企业务毛利率同比下降19.58pct至15.33%。
此外，根据联交所最新权益披露资料显示，2025年2月25日，中兴通讯遭JPMorgan Chase & Co.以每股均价33.424港元减持630.35万股，涉资约2.11亿港元。
