IT之家 3 月 1 日消息，汽车媒体 carscoops 今天（3 月 1 日）发布博文，报道称美国阿肯色州总检察长诉讼通用汽车及其子公司 OnStar，指控其未经车主同意收集和出售驾驶数据，涉及该州超过 10 万辆汽车。

IT之家援引博文介绍，此次诉讼源于《纽约时报》2024 年的一篇报道，该报道揭露通用汽车向 LexisNexis Risk Solutions 和 Verisk 两家数据代理商出售数据。

阿肯色州总检察长 Tim Griffin 强调了这些做法缺乏透明度，即使消费者仔细阅读所有条款，也无法了解通用汽车的实际行为。

诉讼还指控通用汽车使用“暗黑模式”（dark patterns），诱导客户同意他们原本可能拒绝的条款，利用消费者的认知偏差，隐瞒重要信息。

通用汽车被控在未经车主明确同意的情况下，收集包括车速、高速驾驶占比、夜间驾驶习惯、行驶里程、加减速习惯等数据，涵盖了 OnStar 用户以及使用通用汽车移动应用程序、以及在车内激活互联网连接的所有车主和乘客。

诉讼称，通用汽车多年来一直在未经车主明确同意的情况下出售这些数据，通用汽车先以一次性付款的方式出售初始数据，然后在接下来的几年里，通过持续发送额外数据获得定期付款。
