中指研究院：2025年1-2月TOP100企业拿地总额1998.6亿元 同比增长26.7%
智通财经APP获悉，2025年1-2月，TOP100企业拿地总额1998.6亿元，同比增长26.7%。土地市场点状回暖、“开门红”行情延续，TOP100企业拿地总额同比两位数增长。自2024年9月底以来，一线及强二线城市二手房成交量价已呈现筑底回升态势，市场情绪逐步回暖，房企对后市的信心有所修复。2025年年初，地方政府积极推出位于核心区域、配套成熟的优质地块，进一步增强了房企拿地积极性。同时，房企也有一定补库存的意愿，年初拿地能够在当年实现开工并进入销售阶段，有助于房企快速回笼资金，提升周转效率。
从新增货值来看，华润置地(01109)、保利发展(600048.SH)和中国金茂(00817)位列前三。2025年1-2月，华润置地以465亿元新增货值占据榜单第一，保利发展以305亿元新增货值位列第二，中国金茂新增货值规模为283亿元，位列第三。TOP10企业2025年1-2月新增货值总额2342.8亿元，占TOP100企业的39.2%，新增货值门槛为20亿元。
