去年 12 月，蚂蚁集团董事长兼 CEO 井贤栋通过全员信宣布，蚂蚁集团总裁韩歆毅将从 2025 年 3 月 1 日起正式接任蚂蚁集团 CEO 一职，全面负责蚂蚁的各项业务及日常管理工作，向井贤栋及董事会汇报。未来井贤栋将专注于董事长工作，并全力支持好韩歆毅和管理团队。
IT之家查询发现，目前蚂蚁集团已经更新管理人员信息，韩歆毅正式接任蚂蚁集团 CEO。
公开资料显示，韩歆毅于 2014 年 5 月加入蚂蚁集团，历任资深总监、副总裁、首席财务官。2024 年 3 月，韩歆毅出任蚂蚁集团总裁，2025 年 3 月，出任蚂蚁集团首席执行官（CEO)。
加入蚂蚁集团之前，韩歆毅于 2011 年 9 月加入阿里巴巴集团，担任阿里巴巴集团企业融资部资深总监。在此之前，韩歆毅 2001 年 7 月至 2011 年 9 月任职于中国国际金融有限公司投资银行部。韩歆毅分别于 1999 年 7 月及 2001 年 6 月获得清华大学经济学学士学位和经济学硕士学位。
