** SSR Mining's Australian shares SSR.AX SSRM.TO fall as much as 11.9% to A$14.08; set for worst trading session since November 8, 2024

** Co says it will delist its ASX-listed shares due to infrequent and low volumes of trading as compared to the NASDAQ and Toronto stock exchange where its shares are also listed

** Says trading in its CHESS depositary interests on the Australian stock exchange will be suspended from April 4
