《路透》引述消息报道，油组与伙伴国(OPEC+)限产协议国哈萨克上月原油及凝析油产量按月升13%，至破纪录的每日212万桶。扣除凝析油，原油产量则按月升15.5%至每日183万桶，超出产量配额的每日146.8万桶。
