BSP Financial Group (ASX:BFL) Chief Executive Officer Mark Robinson acquired 1,500 shares in the company for AU$10,785 via an on-market transaction, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
Following the transaction, Robinson owns 17,425 shares in the company, the filing said.
