3月3日金融一线消息，近期，江苏省人民政府正式发布通知，决定组建江苏农村商业联合银行股份有限公司。

　　相关通知显示，江苏农商联合银行是具有独立企业法人资格、持有限牌照经营的地方性银行业金融机构，首期注册资本金77亿元。其中：省财政厅出资50亿元，占64.9%；省属企业出资27亿元，占35.1%。江苏农商联合银行为省属国有金融企业，由省委管理领导班子，由省财政厅履行国有金融资本出资人职责。

　　目前，江苏全省农商行系统共有60家农商行，其中6家在A股上市，包括常熟银行、紫金银行、无锡银行、张家港行、苏农银行、江阴银行，那么，此次宣布组建江苏农商联合银行对上述银行有何影响？

　　对此，金融一线分别致电了上述6家A股上市行，6家银行工作人员均表示“目前没有任何影响”。
