智通财经APP获悉，瑞安房地产(00272)盈警后涨超3%，截至发稿，涨2.86%，报0.72港元，成交额902.36万港元。
消息面上，2月28日，瑞安房地产发布公告，预期截至2024年12月31日止年度净溢利总额将介于人民币8亿元至8.25亿元，相较2023年同期净溢利总额人民币13.97亿元。截至2024年12月31日止年度净溢利总额须待核数师最后确认。
公告称，净溢利下跌的主因是于截至2024年12月31日止年度期间，集团的附属公司及其于合营公司的投资的住宅竣工量均为下降。
