在美国总统特朗普呼吁降低油价之后，OPEC+计划重启被一再拖延的石油增产计划。

　　OPEC+发布声明称，沙特阿拉伯和俄罗斯牵头的OPEC+将在4月把日产量提高13.8万桶。这将是该组织两年多来首次宣布月度增产，到2026年，日产量将逐步恢复到220万桶。

　　声明指出，“根据市场情况，逐步增产的决定也可能会暂停或逆转。这种灵活性将使OPEC+能够继续支持石油市场的稳定。”

　　原油交易员此前普遍预期OPEC+下月将再次推迟增产时间。自去年6月首次宣布复产路线图以来，该组织已三度推迟重启增产。对于沙特和许多其他产油国而言，目前油价过低，今年晚些时候全球石油市场料将面临你供应过剩。

　　OPEC+增产决定公布后，布伦特原油一度下跌2.8%至近三个月最低水平。截至伦敦时间下午6：46，布伦特下跌2.1%至71.26美元。彭博率先报道了该消息。

　　OPCE+增产或进一步证明了特朗普的影响力。沙特王储穆罕默德·本·萨勒曼此前承诺向美国投资6，000亿美元以加强沙特与华盛顿的关系。

　　这次OPEC+肯大开增产绿灯或许还有其他原因。

　　由于和美国的关系转好，俄罗斯可能得以出口更多原油。此外，华府对伊朗的“极限施压”或创造更多供应缺口让OPEC+来填补。
