【Coinbase：已在香港提供本地ETF托管工作，正与汇丰商讨ETF次托管计划】金色财经报道，据信报报道，美国上市加密货币交易所Coinbase宣布考虑扩展亚太市场，其亚太区董事总经理兼驻澳洲总监John O'Loghlen表示，前年退出日本市场，虽然近期日本已经放宽代币限制，但代币种类仍非常有限且平台必须有至少10名实际员工，在商业角度而言颇具挑战性。 John O'Loghlen还表示，现阶段暂未计划在香港开展业务，若国际平台进入香港市场或需改变整个交易所的技术组合（tech stack），但目前Coinbase已经开始在香港为本地ETF提供托管工作，也正与汇丰银行商谈ETF次托管（sub-custodian）计划。
