【全国人大代表、广汽集团董事长冯兴亚：建议加大换电模式推广，出台动力电池回收专项法规标准】金十数据3月3日讯，在2025年全国两会召开前夕，全国人大代表、广汽集团党委书记、董事长、总经理冯兴亚认为，换电模式既符合双碳战略也能有效解决补电难问题。针对换电建设成本高企、规划布局整体滞后、电池标准缺乏统一等问题，冯兴亚建议加大换电模式政策力度、加快统筹规划布局、逐步统一换电标准等多措并举加速推广。随着新能源汽车产业的蓬勃发展，已经运行了5~8年的动力电池即将迎来大规模的退役期。如何更好地对动力电池进行回收利用，成为汽车产业链的新课题。针对现行法规位阶较低、现有产能明显过剩、企业质量良莠不齐等问题，冯兴亚希望尽快出台专项法规标准、加快产业规划优化产能布局、完善监管措施推动规范运营。
