Walt Disney's (DIS) board nominees received the backing of Institutional Shareholders Services a year after the proxy adviser supported activist Nelson Peltz in his tussle with the company, Bloomberg reported Monday, citing ISS' recommendation.
Disney's annual meeting is March 20, according to the report.
