Toro on said its board of directors decided to spin-off its Handysize tanker business, comprising one smaller sized tanker and Xavier Shipping. Shares of the energy transportation services company rise 4.9% to $2.80 in after-hours trading.
Syros Pharmaceuticals, which in November said it would cut most of its workforce, is winding down operations and voluntarily delisting its stock from Nasdaq. Shares plunge 40% to 9 cents in post-market trading.
