【因运营未注册的加密货币ATM，伦敦一居民被判处4年监禁】金色财经报道，根据英国金融监管局（FCA）公告，2021年12月30日至2022年3月12日期间，伦敦居民Osunkoya通过其公司Gidi PlusLtd在28个不同地点运营未注册的加密货币ATM，涉案价值超250万英镑。最终被判处4年监禁。此次判决是英国首次因未注册的加密资产活动而被判刑。 此前，FCA与执法机构合作，在全国范围内打击非法加密ATM。2023年，FCA访问了38个地点并破坏了30台机器。英国CoinATMRadar上宣传的加密ATM数量已从2022年的80多台下降到2024年的零台。
