日前，央行等金融管理部门联合全国工商联召开金融支持民营企业高质量发展工作座谈会。中国人民银行行长潘功胜、全国工商联党组书记沈莹、国家金融监管总局副局长周亮、中国证监会副主席李超等出席会议并讲话。
当前，民营企业诉求主要包括，希望给予企业无本续贷贷款展期等信贷支持，希望获得与企业生产周期匹配的中长期资金支持，希望能针对企业特点开发新型金融产品，以及在债券融资中能够获得与同评级国企同样的票面利率待遇等。
商汤科技董事长兼首席执行官徐立表示，AI技术和产业发展对资金的需求巨大，研发成本高昂、周期长、风险大，许多企业在融资和贷款方面面临困难。
徐立建议，针对AI行业给予更加精准的支持政策和措施。首先，探索“科创算力贷”，破解AI基础设施融资痛点；其次，进一步放开股权融资、股债融合等股权融资渠道；另外，创新贷款工具，支持民营企业多元化融资。例如，利用算力资产为基础，发行“科创算力债券”，吸引长期资金支持，专项用于算力基建。
