智通财经APP获悉，中国儒意(00136)午后涨超5%，截至发稿，涨4.82%，报2.39港元，成交额5049.36万港元。
消息面上，中国儒意近期宣布，拟发行认购股份与配售新股份，共筹约38.75亿港元。其中，阳光人寿拟认购6.54亿股股份，出资约15.5亿港元。本次交易后，阳光人寿合计持有中国儒意11.42亿股普通股，占上市公司交易后扩大总股本的7.15%，由此触发举牌。
此外，据灯塔平台数据，目前《哪咤2》在港澳台及海外累计票房已接近2700万美元（近2亿元人民币），其总票房已高达143亿元，成为全球影史票房榜第七名。3月4日，万达电影就表示，旗下澳洲院线HOYTS加大了《哪咤2》排片。据悉，中国儒意在2023年投资万达电影，同时双方未来将加强业务协同。
