智通财经APP获悉，芯片股午后转涨，截至发稿，上海复旦(01385)涨6.3%，报26.15港元；晶门半导体(02878)涨1.85%，报0.55港元；华虹半导体(01347)涨2.1%，报34.1港元；中芯国际(00981)涨1.75%，报52.3港元。
消息面上，2月28日，2025玄铁RISC-V生态大会在北京举行。中国工程院院士倪光南在会上指出，开源模式有助于RISC-V构建一个包容、协同创新的全球化生态，成为芯片产业变革的新引擎。据悉，RISC-V被视为AI时代的重要开源架构。此外，今日午间有市场传闻称，中国将发布指导意见鼓励全国使用开源RISC-V芯片。
东莞证券表示，DeepSeek-R1的发布加速了AI技术在多个应用场景的落地，对算力总需求的长期增长具有积极影响。国产芯片企业如华为升腾、海光等通过适配DeepSeek，有望加速推进国产算力自主可控，对抗海外出口管制的挑战。国泰君安研究认为，AI竞赛加剧，产业加速发展，而芯片制造目前是中国AI产业主要瓶颈，有望随着产业链成熟逐步突破。半导体制造、封测环节的企业有望受益于巨大的国产市场需求，建议增持中芯国际、华虹半导体等。
