Pharmesis International Proposes to Undertake Capital Reduction Exercise

Pharmesis International (SGX:BFK) has proposed to undertake a capital reduction activity to reduce the share capital by cancellation of issued and fully paid-up share capital that has been lost or unrepresented by available assets.

The extent of the amount of accumulated losses are around SG$6.3 million, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.

The company will seek shareholders approval for the proposed capital reduction.
